Deb Cottle has specialized in the luxury real estate market on Amelia Island for over seventeen years, honored as a Nassau County Top Producer since 2015. service expertise to secure the best outcome for her clients! After spending twenty years in Chicago as a high-level sales management executive in the advertising and television production industry, Deb, with her husband Stan (a native of Fernandina Beach)

and their son Connor, moved to Amelia Island in 1997 to create a more balanced lifestyle. Together, they own Cottle Communications (CCOM), a full service marketing communications company specializing in video production services. 

Deb has been active in community service from the day she arrived on Amelia Island. Some include: Nassau County Chamber of Commerce,

Leadership Nassau, Nassau County Council on Aging, Great Nassau Rotary Club, McArthur YMCA, Take Stock in Children, Amelia Island Plantation Community Association, and Micah’s Place (the only certified domestic violence center serving Nassau County.
